With the Immersa-Dome, throughput is fast and easy without the hassle of operator maintenance and potential hygiene concerns. Unlike headset-based Virtual Reality systems, the Immersa-Dome does not touch the user’s head, face, or hair. The Immersa-Dome is patented technology offered exclusively by Aardvark Applications. The complete system features vibration in the seat, time-triggered scents and wind simulation, cool or warm air is optional. Stereo surround sound completes the multisensory experience.
Content can be CGI (computer-generated imagery) or HD (high-definition) video geometrically corrected for the dome. The Immersa-Dome can also be equipped with a hand-held controller for navigation within an experience. System highlights include HD video, surround sound, time-triggered scents, wind simulation and vibration.
